On Monday 22nd May a team of our year 5/6s travelled to Bishop Fox's School to take part on a rounders tournament. Despite being a newly formed team and playing in the tournament with a number of new rules and scoring system, the team did brilliantly and showed great team spirit throughout. Well done to everybody involved and thank you to Miss Pinney for her assistance on the day.
Player of the Tournament: Aiden Darlington.
On Thursday 25th May a team of our year 4's travelled to Bridgwater & Taunton College to take part in a modified rounders tournament. Again, despite being a newly formed team and playing under new rules, the children were amazing on the day and played really well throughout the tournament scoring some amazing rounders and great catching. Thank you to all of the parents that came to watch and show support and thank you to Mrs Walker for her assistance also.
